Cross training (new paths) 


I biked a new path. I used to despise St. George St/ Blvd a very busy street. I biked a new path from downtown to centennial park. It felt good, I took my bike for its first long ride and enjoyed it. I went about 5-10k (3.1 / 6.2 miles) drove to & from the park easily stress free.  It’s a ride I’ll do again, normally it was a once a year adventure.
